They will work with the Clinical Director to develop new clinical programs for clients. Requirements The ideal candidate must have a LICSW and a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience, including individual and group experience. They must also have a minimum of 3 years experience supervising clinicians and non-clinicians and managing a program. Experience working with volunteers, or paraprofessionals, necessary. Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma and knowledge of sexual violence issues highly desirable. Bilingual candidates will be given preference.
