Job Description:

Leadership of the Counseling Unit to develop and maintain high quality services for all clients that are consistent with the mission of the office and the University. Analyze data and provide periodic reports on the services provided and the level of satisfaction with which those services are received by clients. Assess the effectiveness of the services provided and coordinate strategies for improvements and enhancements. Collaborate with other senior administrators to develop policies and procedures that are in compliance with current state, donor and federal regulations and /or guidelines. Revise or adjust policies and procedures with the counseling unit as needed to address changes in Federal, State and other donor regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree preferred with experience in a comprehensive financial aid office at a senior institution. Baccalaureate degree with extensive directly related experience will be considered. All degrees should be from appropriately accredited institutions. Experience with Banner Financial Aid System and Title IV financial aid programs is essential.
