The Project Director will be one of the first team members of our consulting practice, thus, having a large degree of responsibility, accountability and visibility along with tremendous career growth opportunities.Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements) for large scale Oracle engagements often a combination of diverse project packaged into a single solution. Directs very large strategic bids. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by motivating and directing the project team, a team which may include cross functional departments at Oracle, third-party vendors, partners, and the client. Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements. Identify and communicate opportunities for new business. May include responsibility for technical development. Job Requirements: Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. 7 years experience with 2-5 in a project management function. The prior project management experience required exhibiting the ability to follow solid project management principles.
