Job Description:

Army medical center client. Maintain responsibility for existing voice telecommunications services at a large federal agency. Provide independent validation and verification (IV&V) of the vendor providing the voice telecommunications services to the agency by ensuring that performance measures and service level agreements (SLA) are met and meet customer requirements for voice services. Provide project management support, including telephony moves, adds and changes, managing cable plant projects, general research and analysis, and other general ad-hoc support necessary to ensure the successful program management of existing voice telecommunications services. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -2+ years of experience with IT or telecommunications work -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with telecommunication relocations -Experience with Voice circuit provisioning -Experience with federal government contracting -Experience with voice product management -Knowledge of campus wiring -Knowledge of 5ESS -Knowledge of program and project management -Knowledge of IT governance -
