Purpose of Position: Hitachi Consulting's Oracle practice is currently experiencing growth, and we are looking for strong Oracle consulting candidates in our Southeast offices. Successful candidates will have performed at least 2 full-life cycle implementations/upgrades and possess extensive team lead and configuration experience. We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience: *Bachelor's degree *Oracle Financials Expertise *Configuration experience with Oracle Supply Chain/Manufacturing modules *2+ years of prior consulting experience *Experience interacting with clients and building business relationships *Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written). *Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation. *Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support *General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development.
