Analysis of Process Metrics * Monitor Services provided by outsourcer via Metric Report reviews * Facilitate Contract compliance * Manage Service Level Compliance * Monitor Monthly Service Levels and address problem areas with third party provider. * Manage Supplier Relationships * Facilitate creation of SOW's * Facilitate Contract compliance * Financial and Contract Management * Review and validation of documents within QCD (QSM, MPM) * Supplier ARC/RRC Negotiation & Reconciliation * Facilitate revision and documentation of SLA's and recommend and implement additional service quality measures * Identify / Define and Implement Management Process and Procedures in respect of the outsourcing arrangements. * Identify and Implement Continuous Improvement Opportunities Skillset Required: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
