Description Analyzes and approves counterparties and establishes appropriate credit limits. Manages credit exposure and consolidates overall credit risk. Performs corporate level technical analysis and calculations to monitor aggregate credit risk exposure among counterparties across all affiliated companies. Reviews and approves parental guarantees, letters of credit and ISDA contracts to secure/mitigate counterparty exposure. Assists in the monitoring and collection of past due accounts. Reviews existing corporate credit policies and procedures and provides recommendations for improvements. Manages the commodity contract administration group.
