Job Description:
The Director will work closely and collaborate with other University departments, including but not limited to, the Office of the General Counsel, Purchasing, Treasurer's Office, Risk Management, Office of Community Relations, and others related to the management of existing contracts, and the development and RFP process for new and/or revised contracts for existing or new services. In addition, the Director of Contract Management, will provide supervision and oversight for the Princeton University Trademark Licensing program, and directly supervises the Associate Director for Trademark Licensing who manages the day to day operations of the University Trademark Licensing Office. This also includes responsibility for all contracts related to music performance licenses held by Princeton University.
