Job Description:
Support the development/improvement of best-in-class contract management processes and procedures * Provide proactive leadership in all areas of the contract management function on assigned programs, including solicitation review, proposal management, contract negotiations, contract administration, change management, cash flow management and contract closeout * Participate and/or lead the development, negotiation and implementation of strategic agreements including non-disclosure agreements, teaming arrangements, IP license agreements, TAA's and MLAs * Abide by the highest ethical standards to ensure compliance with KAI\'s ethical standards and requirements.
