Job Description:

Develop and maintain detailed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance schedules for testing, documentation, and external audits.* Oversee test procedures and evaluate test results to ensure the integrity and quality of internal tests.* Oversee the gap remediation process and generate periodic reports for the SOX Program Management Office and senior staff.* Work closely with external auditors, review audit status / issue report, and resolve outstanding issues.* Foster partnerships with REI operating groups, management team and Ricoh Japan's Internal Management and Control Division.* Design and provide formal SOX training. Provide informal coaching to employees at all levels.* Review and recommend changes to standard operating procedures and accounting policies and procedures that serve as a foundation for internal controls. * Provide financial expertise and leadership to operating and headquarters groups to ensure consistency.* Research and recommend best practices in finance and accounting. Skills / Requirements Qualified candidates will possess:* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 8 years of experience in Accounting and Internal Audit.
