Responsibilities: Manage a staff of 3 - 4 supervisors, who lead teams of 8 -13 Panel Relations Specialists, who in turn coach and motivate PPM Panelists Approve and oversee work schedules for Panel Relations Specialists, to ensure required coverage for inbound and outbound calls Ensure, through supervisors, maximum productivity, by correctly assigning, monitoring and following up on daily work items Recommend process improvements to staff, regarding workload management and procedures Serve as subject matter expert to software, procedures and methodology used for Panel compliance Prepare and administer performance appraisals for supervisors and Panel Relations Specialists Prepare monthly forecasts and manage costs within standard deviations of said forecasts Responsible for interviewing and hiring Panel Relations Specialists Handle all disciplinary functions for Panel Relations Specialists, up to and including terminations Requirements: Minimum 3 - 5 years management experience, ideally in a call center environment Demonstrated ability to deliver on business objectives, with a sense of urgency and a high level of persistence Demonstrated staff development capabilities Must have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively at all levels within the organization Requires strong written and oral communication skills
