Coordinate the production of information needed to assist others individuals in the Independence Compliance group resolve exceptions arising from information required to be entered into the Tracking System by partners and managerial employees - Assist in the planning, design and implementation of enhancements to the systems and processes employed for maintaining DESC and the Tracking System - Extensive decision making in terms of organizing, prioritizing, managing and executing tasks - Must demonstrate sound judgment This position will also be responsible for managing the maintenance, dissemination and reporting related to critical database information. In this environment, he/she will be in contact with a wide variety of partners, employees and others and needs a solid base of experience to be successful.
