Job Description:
Assist in the planning, design and implementation of enhancements to the systems and processes employed for maintaining DESC and the Tracking System - Extensive decision making in terms of organizing, prioritizing, managing and executing tasks - Must demonstrate sound judgment This position will also be responsible for managing the maintenance, dissemination and reporting related to critical database information. In this environment, he/she will be in contact with a wide variety of partners, employees and others and needs a solid base of experience to be successful. The person in this position must work with all levels throughout Deloitte and interact with Member Firm leadership, partners and practitioners on a daily basis. Interaction will often involve sensitive situations and require diplomacy, professionalism and tact. This person will also need to coordinate resources from across the organization in the successful completion of their objectives. The actions of this team have a significant impact (including financial) on the organization, its partners and employees. Additionally, inclusion/exclusion of entity names on DESC may impact whether the member firms can offer certain types of professional services to those entities.
