Job Description:
Waste Engineer / Project Manager for our Folsom, CA office. Depending upon the number of years of experience, the primary duties of this position include all aspects of planning for major solid waste facilities. Specific duties include: Managing or assisting various aspects of small to medium multi-discipline projects or portions of large, routine projects; Coordinating the work of professional staff and maintaining team workload balance throughout the project; Performing engineering functions and completing project tasks; Coordination with other team members and/or clients in the execution of the work; Involvement with marketing and project meetings; Participating in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance; Conducting work sessions for design development and design document preparation in conjunction with other staff; Coordinating and/or assisting in the coordination workload through project development to complete documents on schedule; Tracking and responsibly managing the financial aspects of projects, including coordinating and adjusting the project team's work effort. Also is expected to work with the Business Group managers, Department Manager, and Accounting for project reviews and with company management on an as-needed basis.
