Oversee and manage customer support issues, ensuring that trouble tickets are resolved to the customer satisfaction and SLA requirements, and participate in building plan and action items for better customer experience for the solutions delivered.14. Work jointly with Account Managers to develop and maintain Service Level Agreements on IT services supported by the department.15. Ensure that the business experience with IT solutions adds value to their activity and their organization.16. Help organize and coordinate user training on solutions delivered by the department.17. Help define approach and means to enhance and maximize usage of IS solutions in the business organizations.18. Recruit and manage all staffing support personnel (regular and contract).19. Control and validate Application Support Analysts time tracking on a weekly basis.20. Build and maintain a proactive partnership with all other MIS departments, and define, enforce and maintain communication circuits, delivery processes and documentation support that will assure the success of the IS Application Support team in its role and responsibilities.21. Prepare, manage and report the budget allocation for this area of responsibility.22. Report on department organization, budget and cost management, and support services to the Vice President.of functionality, integrations, technology and systems environments.4. Minimum 3-5 years experience in supporting Oracle software on a functional, technical and managerial level.5. Strong believer and experienced in putting technology to work solving business problems.6. Excellent knowledge of business operations and Oracle applications capabilities, implementation methodologies, and deliverable templates.
