Job Description:
Oracle General Ledger and is in need of an energetic, highly motivated and creative leader of the project team. Successful candidate must be an independent thinker, outspoken, inquisitive and driven to action! Knowledge of Humana Finance Department and/or knowledge of the Oracle product is a must. Prior implementation experience preferred. Candidate will work on a team combining business, IT and systems analyst personnel to research the Oracle applications in detail, gather business requirements, design solutions including business process changes as necessary, install and test the applications and train the users. This position will specifically direct the business users and systems analysts who support the product. Direct reports will be 5-6 and total staff will be 8-11. Besides functioning as a member of the team, the candidate will be responsible for keeping the team on plan.
