Our client is in the later stages of a company wide Oracle HRMS implementation. This person will ˜not' be setup the application up/configuring/implementing. They will:§ Oversee the last 10 or sites to go live on Oracle HRMS § Kickoff Business Intelligence initiatives related to HRMS § Evaluate Oracle Adv Benefits and help company decide to pursue it or not § Be the company's lead HRMS System Champion who drives new initiatives related to based on the Oracle footprint * There will not be any direct reports. Rather the term Apps Mgr refers to the APPS, not people.
