Job Description:

Lead teams of consultants that are implementing and upgrading the Oracle applications for clients.* Assist clients to achieve business and project objectives.* Provide guidance in business practices to help clients improve the management of their business processes.* Develop project schedules and manage projects to achieve scheduled milestones.* Collaborate with clients to choose the most appropriate implementation approaches.* Ensure projects are adequately staffed.* Mentor members of project teams.* Develop project budgets and manage projects to achieve budgets.* Ensure the quality of project deliverables and activities.* Regularly report project status and issues.* Recommend innovative uses for and configurations of the Oracle applications.* Assist the client to configure and test the Oracle applications.* Collaborate with clients and technical resources to design and test reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions to the Oracle applications.Requirements:* 7+ years of experience delivering complex solutions and consulting services to clients.* Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities.* Deep understanding of system implementation and upgrade methodologies/approaches.* At least 3 full-life cycle Oracle implementations serving as Project Manager.
