Oracle Property Manager consultant who has prior experience Leading an implementation of Oracle's Property Manager Module, which is a module that manages properties, buildings, assets, etc. The candidate should possess strong project management experience and knowledge of Real Estate processes and terminology. The ideal candidate will have participated in previous implementation(s) of this module and is familiar with the setup of the module and coversion of data from legacy system to the Property Management Module. The Property Manager module is part of the Oracle E-Business Suite Financials 11i.10, which was introduced by . The Client needs this candidate to come on site, create the functional design for the implementation, implement/set up the module for the department, get it up and running and then provide the knowledge transfer for the client's employees.
