Responsibilities: Leads review and test of software products and activities to verify quality as well as compliance with applicable procedures and standards; provides relevant managers with results. Works with software projects during early stages to establish plans, standards and procedures that will add value to software project and satisfy the constraints of the project. Establishes and monitors standards for organization’s application quality process. Monitors adherence to quality standards in development, testing and business processes and able to produce quantifiable metrics to measure success. Ensures procedures and standards fit project's needs and verifies usability for performing reviews and audits throughout the software life cycle. Responsible for managing relationships with peers and customers in Development, BIO and various business areas. Ensures test plans, test cases and test execution documents are prepared per SDM and QS guidelines and work closely with the Program to ensure execution of the testing is on track. Manage direct and indirect resources effectively to achieve project goals.df-tc Experience/Skills Job Qualifications Basic: • Bachelors Degree in business administration, computer science or MIS • Able to understand complex processes and risks, and articulate these in business terms. • 2 years experience in Systems Development Lifecycle • 5 years experience in Information Technology.
