Job Description:
Focus should be on satisfying customers on issues of greatest importance through excellent delivery of efficient, professional, and results oriented project/program management services. Key tasks within this position include but are not limited to: Prepare Project Definition Document for the Customer Projects Work with stakeholders to define project scope, schedule, and resource requirements Work with project members to complete Project Planning Manage project implementations ensuring they were completed on time, within budget and performed as planned. Manage customer expectation ensuring project goals are being met, on time and within budget Work with management and stakeholders during the execution of the project in terms of project control, progress reporting, quality assurance, financial management, risk management and escalation. Develop and maintain best practices for project management implementation strategy. Act as interface with the project sponsor to ensure customer satisfaction with the project delivery Facilitate effective status communications between account teams and customers Skills/Certifications: A proven track record managing projects in a global IT environment. Strong Team and project leadership skills required. Excellent presentation, writing, and project management skills with ability to lead large services engagements. PMI or PMP certification strongly desired 7+ years experience with Project Management techniques.
