Job Description:
Develop project plans and estimates for projects- Serve as performance management to the technical lead and developers, conducting performance reviews and providing ratings- Coordinate with various parties involved including clients, Technical Project Managers, Information Services support groups, and third party vendors if applicable- Supply direction and support to team members regarding projects and ongoing operations- Facilitate issue resolution and serve as a source of escalation- Prioritize work and address production issues and open items within appropriate timelines- Help establish and meet completion dates for development initiatives- Provide project oversight, status reporting and administration including written status reports, issues tracking, change control and status- Provide effective leadership for requirements analysis, functional design, and development- Maintain support for existing applications including technology upgrades, maintenance, issue resolution, etc.Qualifications:- Six years of experience in Information Services- Two years of experience as a project manager responsible for application management and delivery- Strong written and verbal communication skills and coordination skills- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team- Strong issue recognition, ownership and resolution skills- Strong experience as a project manager on successful midsize to large application development projects from requirements through implementation stage- Hands-on experience of Microsoft Suite applications, including Microsoft Project.
