Job Description:
The incumbent will lead reporting efforts, working in close collaboration with Treasury, Quality and other KP professionals to gather, analyze and effectively report information on a timely basis. The information reported will be used by KP's senior leaders and the Board of Directors to make objective and informed decisions. * Reviews and analyzes budget/forecast data for completeness, changes in trend, and drivers of change * Develops and implements standardized and consistent reporting and develops communication strategies for Executive Leadership roll-up summaries * Compiles, reviews and presents financial and operational information to key KP leaders - identifying key messages, risks, and opportunities * Works in close collaboration with professionals across KP to gather and report information on a timely basis * Designs effective processes to track and report financial and operational performance against expectations * Oversees the work of more junior staff and leads internal teams supporting project related work * Partners with key leaders to shift (or maintain) direction * Acts as a proactive partner to insure business objectives are achieved in an efficient manner degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field required * Masters degree highly preferred * 10+ years of related experience to include 5+ years of management experience * Requires expert knowledge of functional area.
