Regional Managers to set the agendas and prepare for the monthly job family meetings including Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and Personal Bankers; develops and facilitates training modules within these meetings to enhance general sales skills for the Retail Branch personnel; in coordination with the Regional Managers, designs and manages the Monthly Staff Sales Program and the Quarterly Branch Performance Incentive Program; supervises the Financial Coordinator to provide production versus goal reporting on a monthly basis for the Retail Bank's productivity tracking and incentive programs; provides monthly reports to Executive Management on efforts to improve the sales and service skills of the Retail Branch personnel; directs the Financial Coordinator to prepare reports on the status of the Retail Bank's various marketing and sales initiatives; coordinates with the SVP Operational Integrity and the Regional Managers to design and develop the Service/Operational Recognition.
