My client is a professional business park development company in Sacramento and they are in immediate need of an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Project Manager with two to five years experience in maintenance supervision and project management and with overall construction experience. You would be the contact person for all contracting issues and would report directly to the Site Manager and President. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following: Managing contracted projects from start to finish Monitoring and controlling contract expenditures Creating and analyzing scope of work Assisting in gathering bids and bid analysis Monitor/supervise all vendors on site Monthly/weekly site inspections and progress reports Manage and perform routing site maintenance Qualifications: Two to five years experience maintenance supervision and project management College coursework and/or specialized experience in the administration of construction projects/contracting and landscaping Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software Familiar with Autocad software This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of everything that happens in the business park including new construction projects, tenant improvements, maintenance issues, and landscaping.
