They will be accountable for the architecture of RGT\'s software engineering process ensuring that while improving the process, its underlying principles are maintained and strengthened, i.e., change control, traceability, consistency and transparency. They ensure that all process activities are communicated to the Management Steering Group (MSG) and are appropriately documented. Job Responsibilities: Perform Program Management function for the AwardChoice product line; manage projects through the SDLC for AwardChoice. Manage / Lead overall governance process for the Employee Process Group, Technology Working Group. Work within RGT Policy and process team charters Lead process improvement activities Cross organizational representation on process teams Qualifications: Experience implementing software in the following roles: Developer, Analyst, Tester, and Project Management Knowledge of process methodologies including the Software Engineering Institute ( SEI ) Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI), and Six Sigma Process Design Strong project management, communication, negotiation skills; ability to work independently, while having strong teamwork/team building skills.
