Identify and validate novel drug targets. Define mechanisms of aberrant GPCR activity. Develop target relevant in vitro assays and in vivo tumor models for evaluation of compound efficacy. Partner with cross-functional discovery and medical units to drive translational biomarker and patient stratification strategies. Maintain laboratory safety and GRP compliance. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, cell biology or related field.
