Develop an active research and writing plan consistent with the aims of the academic year postdoctoral fellowship; Actively participate in the ongoing discussions about the development of pathways for traditionally and historically underrepresented groups in educational evaluation; Participate in conference presentations, writing of papers, and other efforts to disseminate what has been learned from the efforts related to the two projects or other work related to the PI interests on pathways or pipeline programs and the interdisciplinary study of leadership development; Attend regular meetings of the RWJF program and NSF-STEM logical model program team; Teach (or co-teach) courses in educational foundations, research or evaluation to doctoral students in the School of Education (or negotiable depending upon disciplinary interests)
