Responsibilities: - Manages and leads the call center operations in both New York and Illinois. This will also include an expansion of call-centers in overseas venues. - Manage mail order operations. - Manage Loyalty Marketing Program strategy, design, implementation and execution. - Manage Customer Marketing including customer feedback and engagement. - Manages Catalog and Print Media Design and Marketing. Reports to: Senior Vice President for Direct Response. Requirements: - An MBA degree is preferred. - 7+ years of experience should ideally include all 4 elements of catalog, mail order, e-commerce and call center management for an operation generating at least $50,000,000/year in top line sales. - Must have a solid combination of operational and strategic marketing experience. - Experience in an environment where Direct Response Marketing is the primary source of sales generation would be ideal. Credentials from a Consumer Packaged Goods environment would warrant some preference. - Strong leadership skills are crucial.
