Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing road maps for opportunities outside existing franchises to direct new product exploratory work. - Modeling new business opportunities (forecasting, setting A&P levels, developing pipeline plans) will be a key role of this position. - Works closely with Market Research to drive new product concept development and collaboratively assess opportunities. - Align with Global on new product exploratory and research learning sharing and develop P&Ls for potential launch candidates. - Identify new business building opportunities, participate in new product development, and serve as primary marketing person on business development teams. - Assist in managing Innovation Process for the Household Products Division. - Lead idea generation activities including management of external resources as necessary. - Develop process to continuously refresh pipeline of ideas to be tested. Report to: Director of Marketing. Requirements: - An MBA degree is preferred. - 3-5 years of prior CPG marketing experience is required. - Ability to lead projects to deliver against commitments. - High level of curiosity about consumer behavior and retail activity. - Strong analytical skills and adept at problem solving. - Planning and organization skills, ability to embrace and adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Solid new product or line extension success. - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills). - Excels at working in a cross functional team environment. - Strong technology skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Syndicated Data (IRI/ACNielsen).
