Job Requirements:Minimum Qualifications: 4 year degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred 5-7 years direct management experience in a high volume, mixed-parts order fulfillment operation with direct experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing and inventory control. Understanding and proficiency with MRP systems, warehousing, traffic, logistics and inventory management. Knowledge of domestic and import/export freight documentation requirements. Outstanding supervisory, communication, organizational and follow-up skills required. Knowledge of 5S and Six Sixma concepts and methods and the ability to execute associated projects. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a staff with a sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and effectively delegate work to staff.
