Works with local vendors and with NCL accounts payable department to resolve payment issues. 5. Visits the vessels on a weekly basis to identify and resolve supply chain issues. 6. Coordinate efforts with Ships' Superintendents and local service providers to ensure that the servicing of galley and other equipment are carried out in a timely and effective manner. 7. Conducts ongoing market research and sources of supply and alternative products to achieve improved quality, availability and lower costs. Forecasts and reports product availability assesses historic consumption rates, usage patterns, and pricing trends for Hawaii.
