Ensure that accurate records are received and maintained in branch office. Train subordinates in proper communication skills, posting procedures and complaint handling. Review and assess subordinates' work and write meaningful appraisals. Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision to Senior Claims Representatives, Claims Representatives. Ensure accident information is promptly and accurately obtained by subordinates from policyholders and claimants and posted properly into screens or files. Confirm appraisals are promptly arranged, liability is properly assessed and settlements and payments are appropriate. Confirm ICP procedures are clearly followed, results are reviewed, and recorded interviews in the unit are completed in accordance with company procedures.
