Job Description:
Functional Responsibilities: - Ensuring that all inventory related costs, assets and obligations are properly accounted for on a worldwide basis. - Ensuring that controls in the manufacturing area are properly designed, documented and executed . - Identifying, compiling and reporting on agreed upon financial management information as part of monthly review packages. - Providing financial support for the operational efforts of the Operations function, including budget and forecast information. - Assisting in the area of improving business processes in the Operations function. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting. - Minimum 15 years experience in business environment, including previous manager or controller level experience in manufacturing environment. - Working knowledge of Oracle or equivalent system. - Advanced Excel skills. - Knowledge of financial statements, including good understanding of basic GAAP principles. - Committed, detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
