Job Description:
Oversees the global processes, resources and systems supporting the financial accounting and reporting requirements. Develops and maintains Corporate Finance and Accounting Policies. Coordinates the global audit and certain Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements. Prepares various management presentations, financial analyses and special projects as needed. Reports to Sr. Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller and leads a global staff of 4 direct reports and a global team of 89 positions. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Field of study: Finance and Accounting. BIG 4or 5 CPA is required. Masters in Accounting or MBA desirable. · 12-15 years of increasing responsibility and a track record of success in accounting and control in large public company environments. · Recent experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a public company. · CPA and Big 4 public accounting experience required. · Firm grasp of current GAAP, FASB rulings and SEC regulations and laws REQUIRED!! · Demonstrated strong management skills and progressive financial/accounting experience. · Sound understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance and internal controls.
