Take ownership of the full Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows for the Product Division, and help drive the financial results in addition to reporting them. -Gain full understanding of the Division's business, including products, customers, markets, cost structure, pricing, key competitors, key cost drivers, and competitive advantages. -Identify business growth and profitability improvement opportunities and work closely with the Product Division in cross-functional teams to develop and implement the plans to achieve the goals. -Provide reliable, accurate, actionable, insightful, impactful, timely information to the Division for reporting, analysis, and decision-making. -Prepare semi-annual budgets, quarterly business reviews, monthly rolling forecasts, and weekly outlooks, and work closely with other departments on developing the quarterly Sales Forecast for the Product Division. -Analyze and explain variances-to-plan in support of monthly reporting and quarterly reviews for the Product Division's full Income Statement, Ajilon Office offers clients specialized administrative and management professionals on a temporary and direct-hire basis.
