Job Description:
3-5 years experience in a supervisory role in a chemical manufacturing environment in production or as a production supervisor. The production supervisor provides leadership and coaching to shift teams to achieve objectives, develop their skills and talents through training, development, and other opportunities; and promote employee involvement. Assure the production schedules are met through timely ordering of raw materials, troubleshooting, timely maintenance of production equipment, and scheduling of trained operators. Provide timely disposition and movements of raw materials, in process and finished product.
