Job Description:
Communicate and explain International's technical direction, policies, and guidelines as they relate to International dealers. Conduct training for external and internal personnel on select International applications by creating and maintaining all training materials, lesson plans, and agendas. Basic Requirements Bachelor's Degree; or at least 3 years of customer service experience and 2 years of IT experience At least 2 years of customer service experience At least 1 year of IT experience Additional Requirements Ability to travel up to 50% of time Located at WHQ in Warrenville The candidates placed in this position will be ineligible to apply for any other positions within the company for two years following the date of placement unless approved by his or her manager Desired Skills: Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values which support our company’s values, and a healthy, high performance culture PC literate (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Windows) Strong communication skills (oral, written, and listening) Strong Presentation Skills Familiarity with the dealership environment Working knowledge of dealer systems (applications, communications, Central Server, DMS vendors) Detail Oriented Good time management and organizational skills Handles pressure and stress well Self motivated, responsible, and dependable with a sense of urgency Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers Ability to adapt well to changing priorities Can learn on the fly.
