Perform “Ride Along” ensuring drivers perform their function in a safe and productive manner Train new drivers on SOP’s; submit 30,60,90 reviews Provide feedback and retrain underperformers to assist them in meeting the Company standards Conduct safety/security training for new drivers, retraining as needed Assist in the maintenance of the DQ files, DOT logs and Vehicle condition reports Maintain high level of customer service through site visits Ensure maintenance is performed on all Vehicles Back up drivers in their absence Participate in accident investigation and an active member of the safety team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Class A operating license Knowledge of on –board computers Ability to effectively interact with peers, subordinates and superiors Excellent communication skills Truck maintenance knowledge Additional Information We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package Relocation: No relocation offered Grade Level: 11
