Job Description:
Design and conduct training for production specifically for screen print, machine operation, and wave solder operations. Implement and maintain OJT program for machinery operation. Work with Production management to complete training objectives. Work a flexible schedule to support training on all shifts. Provide training to employees on updated or new work instructions. Maintain all training record for assigned area to meet TL9000 requirements. Closing Date: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience is preferred in manufacturing environment wit SMT equipment including set-up, operation and troubleshooting of equipment. Must possess strong communication skills both written and oral. Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Must have strong organizational skills.
