Job Description:
Oversee the development and preparation of training curricula related to TS workshops Oversee delivery of National Victim Assistance Academy trainings (NVAA) Review Scholarship applications for TS workshops Manage a high volume of client and consultant interaction Process paperwork for consultants and clients Editing and distributing consultants' final reports and other documents Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission to OVC. Bachelor's Degree in social services, sociology, victimology/victim services, or related field required, and a minimum 5-10 years experience are required, Master's Degree preferred. Experience in managing training and technical assistance development and delivery required, experience in curriculum development (incorporating the adult learning principles) preferred.
