Provides customer service development and guidance to all employees, volunteers, and physicians in order to increase patient satisfaction with the services provided by GBMC. Creates a culture that supports patient satisfaction and sets expectations for the organization. Responsible for short-term and long-term goal planning, development, and implementation. Works with management to implement customer services programs and strategies. Manages day-to-day responsibilities in customer service department Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Five years experience in customer service with a healthcare background preferred.
