L-3 ISD provides a wide range of Intelligence Analyst support, software and systems design, development and integration to government intelligence customers and prime contractors. Our Team is responsible for the development of the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Program. IBS is a 10-year, M spiral software development program that provides near real time intelligence data to military users across all services. IBS, a certified CMMI Level 3 program, implements the software solution, deploying it on suites of hardware to multiple worldwide locations to support critical intelligence dissemination and real world missions. L-3 is looking for a Training Manager interested in working with a team of IT professionals on a worldwide intelligence information dissemination system. The successful candidate will work with teams of product delivery and service support personnel developing and maintaining our complex computer systems. These systems operate on a variety of commercial software platforms. The Training Manager manages, develops and oversees the training of operational users in a web-based environment and will prepare manuals and training aids for both operational users and Site Representatives. The primary role for this position is to design and implement programs, practices, and procedures for developing training and training personnel on this system. Excellent oral and technical writing skills are required.
