Cintas is currently seeking a Service Training Supervisor for our First Aid & Safety Division. The Service Training Supervisor is responsible for the performance of the Service Sales Representatives. Job duties include supervising the Service Department personnel while implementing appropriate Corporate and divisional policies & procedures; managing the vehicle fleet, involvement in the hiring process, train, develop and retain Service Department personnel; maintain service and goodwill to our Services customers, and other supervisory duties.
