The Customer Service Supervisor will ensure customer satisfaction while promoting and fostering an atmosphere of teamwork.Job Responsibilities: -Supervision of Customer Service/Order Intake process to optimize productivity, ensure accuracy and resolve problems timely.-Training, orientation and development of Customer Service personnel.-Monitor order accuracy and analyze error rate to identify trends, problem areas and training needs. -Prioritize and delegate job tasks to ensure timely completion.-Monitor orders to be processed and/or confirmed to ensure orders will not exceed timely filing limits
