The Community Strategies is a program of the Community Resources for Justice, a 130-year-old nonprofit human services agency. We have an immediate need for Residential Counselors in Kingston, MA. We have both full-time and part-time availability. Open shifts may include: first, second, and third. The Residential Counselor is an essential part of the smooth operations of our programs. The Residential Counselor will directly assist resident consumers with their day-to-day activitieses, monitor the consumers to insure they are acting within the the range of program and individual guildlines. We offer support and guidance to consumers when needed. Identify and intervene in situations when necessary.
