This counsleor would be expected to sleep at the apartment at least five nights/week. (On other nights, he/she is free to stay or go elsewhere.) Schedule: One weekend shift of about 4-6 hours to do a recreational activity. 30-60 minutes most weekday mornings to ensure Mark is getting off to a good start. During the week, possibly 1-2 evening shifts of 3-4 hours each. There is a lot of flexibility; this person could even take on other assignments in the agency and become a full-time employee if desired.
