Job Description:
Excellent case files management and compilation 2.Conduct group sessions with youth ages ranging from 18-24 yrs of age. 3.Conduct individual sessions with at-risk youth 4.Conduct family sessions with program youth and family members, etc. 5.Evaluate and document student progress 6.Aid in the placement of students, post-YouthBuild 7.Facilitate career development and life skills instruction for program youth 8.Implement services necessary for the successful participation of the youth while enrolled in the program 9.Design service plan for youth based on needs assessment 10.Develop relationships with outside agents to assist in the successful matriculation of the student. Requirements and Qualifications 1.Bachelors in Sociology, Psychology, Social work, or related field 2.DC, car/valid driver\'s license, etc 3.Excellent communication skills 4.Commitment to community improvement 5.Commitment to at-risk youth development and empowerment 6.Sensitivity to a variety of issues (e.g. multi-racial interactions, gender and sexuality, violence, drug abuse, etc.) 7.Team oriented attitude
