Developing Invitations to Bid for grant projects and other service needs, including the development of scoring/review criteria and coordinating such committees. -Making recommendations concerning contract awards and contracting policy interpretation related to specific grant requirements/goals and Central Purchasing requirements. -Monitoring contracts and conducting regular site visits with appropriate post-documentation on contractors. -Analyzing monthly expenditures and programmatic data from contractors for compliance with approved work plans/budgets and making budget change recommendations as appropriate
