Responsible for the generation and control of master contract documents along with providing overall support in the development of capital improvement programs. Responsible for developing and maintaining master contract documents. Responsible for data generation and analysis in general support of the building program. Responsible for providing input for the development and updates of the capital improvement programs including cost estimating and cash flow. Responsible for developing and training on procedures, contracts, and work processes along with monitoring compliance. Monitor financial commitments for bond funds.
